For Jessica’s maternity session we decided to venture out from the typical New Orleans photography spots: City Park, Audobon Park, Hope Haven, etc. and decided on Fountainbleu State Park in Mandeville, LA. It was a beautiful afternoon and a gorgeous sunset for Jessica and her family’s photo session. As a New Orleans family photographer, I love any time I can shoot in a new location and this family maternity session was my first time photographing the beaches of Fountainbleu State Park.

Some dresses are just made for twirling, don’t you agree?

The bond between this sweet mother and daughter was undeniable.
