Can you believe sweet Adeline Mae is 4 months old already?  It seems like just yesterday I captured her newborn photo session for her mom and dad (see those images here).  Just another reminder how fast these little ones change.  In another blink Adeline will be walking, I’m sure!

We met at Hope Haven for Adeline’s 4 month photo session.  If you’ve never been there, be sure to visit sometime soon. Hope Haven is about 20 minutes from downtown New Orleans and the grounds are simply beautiful.

Here are a few of my favorites from the day. Don’t you just love all the expressions these sweet babies make? Even at four months old there’s so much to capture!

At four months old, it may seem as though your baby doesn’t meet the developmental milestones needed for a photo session, but this isn’t so. With the right support for baby, it is possible to get a great variety of images even at such a young age.

Cason was so expressive for his session at Audobon Park in uptown New Orleans. As a baby photographer, I just LOVE capturing the wide variety of expressions baby makes at this age. Check out all the faces of sweet Cason below.

What could be cuter than a baby in a box?I always make a point to get at least a few profile shots of baby during our session. Those little button noses are gone in a blink of an eye!
